Recipe of the Month: Victoria Gore’s Kale Smoothie

Try Victoria Gore’s recipe for a tasty way to enjoy your leafy greens!


  • 1 heaping cup raw kale, center ribs and stems removed or baby kale, roughly chopped or torn
  • Strawberries/blueberries (fresh or frozen)
  • Protein powder (1 serving per instructions on container)
  • ½ to 1 banana, preferably frozen
  • 1 tablespoon chia seeds
  • 2T almond butter
  • ½ to 1 c  Greek yogurt


Combine all ingredients in a blender. Blend until smooth and enjoy immediately!
