Try Victoria Gore’s recipe for a tasty way to enjoy your leafy greens!
- 1 heaping cup raw kale, center ribs and stems removed or baby kale, roughly chopped or torn
- Strawberries/blueberries (fresh or frozen)
- Protein powder (1 serving per instructions on container)
- ½ to 1 banana, preferably frozen
- 1 tablespoon chia seeds
- 2T almond butter
- ½ to 1 c Greek yogurt
Combine all ingredients in a blender. Blend until smooth and enjoy immediately!
